I have been looking for a solution for this for years without having to buy a special spoon that has some kind of hook on it or something. It seems like the simplest thing but until I saw a recent life hack segment on the news, the solution had escaped me.

There has been a lot of talk lately about two companies that have entered the Phoenix real estate market and are claiming their purchase model is going to disrupt the way real estate is done. Open Door and Offer Pad have been present in the Phoenix market for a little over a year with Zillow just announcing they will join the game.

I don't like to post a lot of things that people already know but I think lots of folks think there is no easy solution for a ghost swing door. If you have a door that doesn't want to stay open or closed and swings like a ghost is handling it, there is an easy free fix.

If you are thinking about buying or selling real estate, it could be helpful to understand when seller's are best poised in the market to list a home for sale. Equally, buyers might be able to gain an advantage when they know sellers are more likley to be up against a wall.

If you ever wondered what it is that makes real estate go up (or down) in price...It's supply and demand. Different factors will effect supply and demand but in the end the supply and demand left at hand is the determining factor in market fluxuation.

A urban legend has been in existence for many years with regard to the burying of St Joseph statues in return for luck with selling real estate in record time and for unreasonable prices.
